Emma's WPW Part 2- Pinterest Picks

I've always considered myself to be a fairly unique person. Someone who likes huge earrings and a lot of eye makeup and doesn't mind standing out when I get dressed up. So naturally I thought I'd want a unique wedding, where little details would make it a day that would stand out in peoples' minds as something they had never seen before.
And then I discovered Pinterest.
If you are at all like me (a 23 year old woman who is online constantly & just so happens to be engaged) you are planning your ENTIRE wedding on Pinterest. This website is fricken great, people. I can't tell you how many hours I spent on it when I first got an "invite" to join the site. All of a sudden I was discovering that every single idea I have for my wedding has come directly from Pinterest or The Knot, which means each idea is pretty much guaranteed to be used by at least 100 other girls on their big day.
I've decided that I'm okay with the fact that I'm planning my day solely by repinning. A good idea is a good idea, and sometimes pretty things SHOULD be used again and again! My wedding is going to be fierce, regardless of if I came up with the decor on my own or not.
Okay, now let's get down to important business. The following picture that I found on Pinterest has literally changed my entire life:

I'm fully expecting everyone who reads this blog to think I'm weird/crazy (I am) for basing the entire look of my wedding around one picture of a bouquet. But this darn bouquet is the only thing as of right now that I KNOW I want. I couldn't decide between red and purple for my wedding color, and one glorious day I was browsing Pinterest and realized I could have BOTH colors. And that this lovely floral arrangement could tie everything together. The next order of business that is yet to be determined is which bridesmaids color to choose.
Pomegranate: or Eggplant?:

The other lovely detail I've gotten from Pinterest that I think I'm positive about is how I want my hair done...

So cute, right?!
That's all I've got for now, girlfriends. If you want to follow me on Pinterest go here: http://pinterest.com/emmamaree71 and to follow the Christy's Pinterest go here!: http://pinterest.com/christysbridal/
